Generic Name:Canine toxoplasma gondii genetic engineering subunit vaccine
Composition and Main Component: The vaccine contains the recombinant protein C18 of Toxoplasma gondii, and the expressed product C18 protein of Toxoplasma gondii is not less than 300µg/dose.
Characteristic: White suspension.
Function and Usage: To prevent canine toxoplasmosis. The immune production period is 14 days after the second administration, and the immune period is 12 months.
Dosage: Subcutaneous injection into the back. Dogs over 2 months old are immunized for the first time administration with 1.0ml (including 1 dose) per dog. One more booster administration after 14 days, and one dose is repeated every year.
Adverse reactions: After administration, individual dogs may have adverse reactions such as vomiting and depression, which can back to normal within 2 hours.
Precaution:
(1) It is only used to administrate healthy pet dogs aged 2 months or above. Dogs should be treated carefully with gestation.
(2) Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake well before use.
(3) Do not freeze.
(4) Inoculation should be performed using sterile syringes and performing routine sterile procedures.
(5) After the vaccine is opened, it is limited to use up on the same day.
(6) Do not use the vaccine bottle if it is damaged, the label is unclear, or there are foreign objects.
(7) Do not exercise dogs vigorously before and after administration.
(8) After administration, both hands should be washed and disinfected immediately. Vaccine bottles and remaining vaccines should be destroyed by burning or boiling, and undergo harmless treatment.
