In April 2024, the "25th Anniversary Customer Appreciation Study Tour - Japan Station" organized by the Pet Business Unit of Shandong Sinder Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held. More than 60 pet industry elites, including founders, deans, and trusted partners from top pet hospitals in China, have embarked on a 7-day study tour of Japan.
As a superpower for pets, Japan's pet industry has developed for nearly a century, with a relatively complete pet consumption industry chain and rich experience in pet insurance, pet medical care, beauty, clothing, and other fields. To empower the Chinese pet industry, gain a deep understanding of the overseas pet market, and promote the development of China's pet animal protection industry, SINDER fully leverages its resource advantages in agriculture and animal husbandry for 25 years, providing a journey of technical exchange, training and learning, and physical and mental relaxation for colleagues in the pet industry, helping them explore new business models and business opportunities in the pet industry.
From April 4th to 5th, SINDER carefully arranged multiple symposiums and exchanges with Japanese experts and entrepreneurs. Mr. Motoaki Kobayashi, former vice president of the Tokyo Pet Association in Japan, Mr. Mizawa Zhiyang, associate professor at the University of Tokyo, and Mr. Asami Kitagawa, a night animal emergency center at TRVA, as well as several Japanese experts and corporate executives, shared with the attending Chinese pet industry elites the cutting-edge pet medical technologies and concepts in Japan, such as "trends in the Japanese pet medical industry and the current situation of animal hospitals", "training knowledge in affiliated hospitals of the University of Tokyo", and "TRVA night emergency knowledge". They had full and honest communication and exchange on the problems encountered in the pet industry and future directions.
In order to deepen the understanding and learning of Japan's advanced pet technology and concepts among colleagues in the pet industry, Mr. Song Chengchao, Vice President of SINDER, led a team to visit JARMeC Kawasaki headquarters, Japanese listed pet referral centers, large pet stores, BAH R&D centers, and other well-known benchmark enterprises in the pet industry to exchange ideas and learn up close about the business management concepts of Japanese pet enterprises and the commercial development plans of pet peripherals. We looked forward to new trends in the pet industry!
As one of the largest pet product exhibitions in Asia, the Interpets exhibition has attracted professionals and manufacturers from around the world since its inception. During this study tour in Japan, more than 60 Chinese pet industry leaders visited the Interpet exhibition in Tokyo, gaining a deep understanding of the current products, technologies, and concepts of pet medicine.
The SINDER Pet Business Unit's study tour in Japan is not only a journey of expanding one's thinking, but also a process of relaxing one's mind and body. During this study tour in Japan, SINDER specially arranged for colleagues in the pet industry to visit attractions such as Shimizu Temple and Fushimi Inawa Shrine to experience the unique Japanese style.
Although SINDER's pet business unit's study tour in Japan has been successfully completed, the 25th anniversary customer appreciation study tour of SINDER - the Africa Station - will depart in June. Dozens of Chinese agricultural and animal husbandry entrepreneurs will embark on a business exploration journey and a journey of returning to nature for physical and mental sublimation.
The 25th anniversary of SINDER's establishment is inseparable from the support and trust of colleagues in the industry. SINDER will continue to adhere to the principle of The Relentless Pursuit of Increasing Customer Value, fully leverage its role as a bridge and link, support exchanges and learning between the agricultural and animal husbandry industries, learn from each other, and grow together, to help the high-quality development of China's agricultural and animal husbandry industry.
